Mobile Paintball Games – Policy of Terms and Conditions

Making a booking.

Appleby Trading will not confirm a private booking without a deposit payment or full payment. If you haven’t made payment for your event – your places are not yet reserved. In the case of corporate or school bookings, the booking can be confirmed by email acceptance of the event invoice and the terms and conditions.

Canceling your booking.

Please note* Our activities run in ALL weathers. Mobile Paintball Games policy is to cancel sessions only in the event of dangerously high winds or thunder and lightning. Yes we play in the snow! If we don’t let you know in advance that your session is canceled – assume it’s going ahead.

Failure to attend a session without following the terms and conditions constitutes cancellation with the following cancellation charges.


1. More than 28 days notice – Full refund will be given (no cancellation charges apply)

2. Less than 28 days notice – Deposits / Payments forfeited.


Certain sessions in our summer season are very valuable to us and our customers as availability are in high demand. You will be informed at the time of booking that you are booking a ‘Peak’ Session. Cancellation after a 14 day cooling off period will incur full session charges.

Exact participant numbers for ‘peak’ sessions must be confirmed by email 14 days in advance with full payment.

Damages: Any damage to the equipment or gear during the game will be paid by the customers.
